Thank you so much for shopping with us! When it comes to purchasing online we know how difficult it can be to determine what works for you. With that in mind, we offer a simple return/exchange policy and process to make returning items easy.
Shipping & Delivery
We try to be as eco friendly as possible in all aspects of our business. That said, you may receive previously used packaging. If you are in our neighborhood we always gladly accept and appreciate previously used packaging. Just drop it off at our brick & mortar located in downtown Evergreen, CO.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days and may take 3-5 business days depending on your location.
We only accept returns/exchanges for full priced items. Sale items are final sale.
Products must be in original condition:
- With tag
- No perfume or smells
- No animal hair
- No make-up stains

We are happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price or exchange for equal or lesser value for items returned in brand new, unused and resellable condition within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be applied to the original purchase method. Items must be in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. Funds for approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 days.
The last day to place your orders in time for them to arrive for Christmas is noon December 15, 2020. If order is placed after this deadline, orders will not be guaranteed to arrive before your holiday celebrations.
